Movie plot
Su Le Yu, an aristocratic noblewoman, is compelled to marry Yin Chang Yan, the emperor accused of usurping the throne. Committed to equality, she champions women’s rights—encouraging them to take the imperial exams—and confronts the powerful Qin family that dominates the aristocracy.
