The story is set in TOYO Production Entertainment Division 4, a hotbed of troubled and eccentric entertainers led by the cold-hearted and sadistic department head Saigawa Shinichiro. New manager Kandagawa Miwa hides the fact that she was a legendary child actor who suddenly retired after a certain incident, and struggles to revive the fallen entertainers. Using the acting skills and heart-tugging powers she developed as a child actor, she encourages the failed entertainers to get back on their feet.
