So a philosophical question…if a ship from China going to Japan sinks off the Korean coast how is the contents a national Korean treasure??
My thoughts are it isnt whoever salvages it owns it though i suspect the authorities wont see it like that…notice how their not talking about the gold bet thats going to get complicated if they find it…
