Twin sisters Yoo Mi Ji and Yoo Mi Rae are different in everything except their faces. Yoo Mi Ji the younger of the twins, has ended her short heyday as a promising track and field athlete and is currently living a free-spirited life. On the other hand, the older sister of the twins, Yoo Mi Rae, has been walking the path of the elite since her school days and is currently a perfectionist working at a public corporation. The twins, who are physically identical but lead starkly different lives, embark on a bold charade, switching lives for some undisclosed reason.
Episodes:
The most interesting moments were late in the final two episodes, when adopted son and mother stopped tiptoeing around each other and faced their tensions directly. They were able to move toward a more authentic and natural relationship. As for romance, bleh. ML’s lines were so predictable. Two of Jinyoung’s dramas this year where he plays the same type of ML – quietly devoted and letting FL have her way. I hope he tries a different role/genre soon! And to his make-up artist, please, less pale foundation on him, please! 🫥
good ending, it all works out when you are good looking.

I enjoyed the story and the main characters, I think it was a good idea for it to be only 12 episodes so it didn’t drag too much.

Not too bad overall. Nothing I really want to point out other than despite MiJi being the bubbly twin, I found MiRae’s escape and character development w/ the farm dude much more interesting than MiJi at Seoul~
Mixed feelings on my part. Seems like fewer episodes means more hospital scenes. I get it. They want people to go get meds. I’m just sick of seeing it. No glory in it for me. Just repetition.
Hymeoni didn’t look nearly as old as her wig indicated. All I saw whining about the past scene after scene.IOnce again repetitive.
I guess they couldn’t have the same girl kissing 2 different guys? They’ve added the alphabets to their show line ups, Why signal virtue now. Made no sense. It was good at 1st, but started to drag downward.

The series is about depressed people trying to cope with their problems.
The episode today, June 28th, masterly shows how depressed people react to difficult circumstances, because they are not able to ask for help or to doesn’t want to trouble their loved ones.
Everybody who knows depressed people sees how realistic the series is…
The drama may have some plot holes but in the depiction of depression is really second to none. And the best part: It shows depressed people in different stages of the illness and even some who learned pretty well to deal with their situation. Mi-ji is a good example of someone who knows her depression can come back any time soon, but she has learned to make the best of it though family, friends, her bicycle, optimism and humor.
For me, a great and necessary drama!
2nd to none at expressing depression? Ehhhh……..One hid it, one wallowed in it, and one didn’t know what to do and did both. Daily Dose of Sunshine………PBY’s character did ALL of those things and added denial on top of it. For those reasons, I personally find that drama as a better example at showing struggle because I experienced all of those during my 12 yr fight w/ Hodgkins. I guess you could say I relate to it more~
My point was not to say that that nothing more could be part of the illness, but to acknowledge that it was a good depiction of how people with depression may struggle to deal with their problems. Reading the comments below I got the feeling that people were judging the figures like they were idiots and not taking into account that they just depressed and life is not so easy as we would like to be.
Their first approaches dealing with setbacks, disappointment and failure weren’t successful at all, meaning they made things worse, but the whole point of the series was to show how people, even struggling and making mistakes, are capable to get the peace of mind and happiness they deserve, when they let them be helped.
To be honest I stopped watching Daily Dosis of Sunshine because it was at some point too much to me. I can’t remember one single patient who became ok in the series and it was so painful to see so many people suffering episode after episode… Don’t get me wrong I also love series in which you can grasp how terrible mental health problems can be, but a more optimistic attempt of showing depressed people can’t be wrong.
my take is how the hell their dad’s dapple ganger even exist even worse a rapist. that’s just absurd and he could’ve been their dad’s lost twin that’s why they’re also twin right?!

pby found her niche. her doll like figure limits her to roles she can do, and beauty is transient for a long career. but more than any of her other roles, playing the depressed downer really suits her.

I kinda knew the Ex boyfriend was gay, cause its Kdrama and FL was so nonchalant on meeting and staying friends with him after their “break-up”, it might happen irl, but its kdrama and it generally doesn’t happen. Plus kdrama tends to include LGBTQ characters these days in every drama cause the support is rising and BL fans are strongest. Not dissing but really happy that they are portrayed as good characters.
But please tell me how can anyone like a D*CK like that guy???? How??? how can people fall for arrogant, obnoxious and asshole people? What did he even see in that guy??? Ok, I give that the young actor who played him was handsome, but he knew his character, he was friends for god’s sake. Sigh, I can’t with people these days.
And mi ji did great with dialogue, his only achievement ever was a guy confessed to him? wow!!!!! But she should’ve still given him a slap, at least a bag slap.
Anyway, this story is interesting. I was disappointed with “doom at your service” so I thought Bo-young choices are going downhill, but then I saw the actor, so I thought of giving it a try and Its honestly good.
I never saw it coming, but I’m glad, this eases up the tension, I thought existed, between the strawberry guy and the ex boyfriend.
